Responsibilities & Context

• Sales force/producers recruitment process management & code allocation.
• Producer information update on IDRA’s Agent License Online (ALO) module.
• Maintaining liaison with IT Department to establish compatible software for Branch Service operations.
• Providing necessary information as per need of producers.
• Producers Commission payment management as per IDRA guidelines.
• Prepare different types of Contest results & gift distribution as per contest Policy.
• Producers & Branch office licensing & license renewal process.
• Agent, Employer of Agent & Supervisors Bonus/Incentive payment management as per Company Sales Policy.
• Provide training on Branch Service to new or promoted UM/BM to increase their work efficiency.
• Prepare different types of reports as per management & regulatory requirements.
