Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct regular visits to overdue parties and block-listed entities across the assigned territory
- Provide telephonic reminders to clients to reinforce payment commitments
- Persuade defaulting clients to settle their outstanding dues by offering tailored solutions within company policy
- Escalate chronic defaulters to higher authorities with necessary documentation and updates
- Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts, including visit notes, call logs, and client responses
- Provide weekly and monthly recovery progress reports to supervisors
- Work closely with supervisors and legal teams to ensure effective recovery strategies
- Share insights and trends observed during recovery efforts to aid in decision-making
- Ensure all recovery activities adhere to company policies, legal frameworks, and ethical standards
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Credit Synchronization & Monitoring
MS Office
Proficiency in MS Office (Bangla writing)
