Responsibilities & Context
- To maintain enrollment process for the new and promoted students of the Institute for both Winter & Summer Sessions.
- Record preservation of student affairs such as Students’ Information Register, Students’ Files, Computer posting, Attendance Register, Students’ I. D. Card and attendance record maintaining for examination etc.
- To perform active role in admission process of the new students such as arranging admission test, viva voce’ and maintaining relevant record.
- Able to maintain a branch of ICSB
- To provide assistance in conducting day-to-day Coaching Classes efficiently for the students of the Institute.
- Provide information to the students regarding schedule of classes including the changes, if any, in time.
- Handle the query/problems of students and maintain student records, grades and other records.
- Manage the coaching classes.
- Counseling of students for admission.
- Any assignment as and when given by the authority. Any other work or responsibilities as and when required as per instruction of the higher Authorities.
