Responsibilities & Context

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Woven Top and Bottom & Jacket Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and proactive candidate for the “Executive / Sr. Executive – IE” post.

Pre-production preparation:

  • View the Plan/next style feed to line and discuss with production staff,technician,maintanace about critical process arrangements,work aids, machine types and worker placement at least 5 days before to production.
  • Study the operation bulletin preparation by  Garments analyzer/Mgr.
  • Arrange the meeting with line chief,Technician,Garments analyzer & Manager for finalized the way of line lay out  – Manpower allocation/budget.
  • Get sign operation bulletin from production staff 3 days before to production and give copies to production line and mechanics.

New style introducing to production:

  • Check operation setting at feeding line against to operation bulletin.Check machine & helper placement against to the line layout given or arrange line lay out at the time of line feeding with support of Sr.IE or Manager.
  • Check operator placement are correct according to the skills.
  • Any technical issue found takes image and record effect to the production process.
  • Guide line people to sort quality issues before improve the processes Record the final line layout and submit to Sr.IE/ IE Garments Analyzer/Manager.

Day to day Production process:

  • On 1st day of production check the block points in process and improve the method to achieve correct cycle time.
  • On 3rd days take Capacity for all helper & operator operations with rating and using stop watch.
  • Make capacity of  Balance helper & operator process according to balance graph & submit to Sr.
  • Collect all lose time with images or video clips and inform to manager & Sr.IE same time.
  • Submit all non productive time records to garments analyzer/manager daily for NPT reportAll process improvements before do the improvements need to talk with manager and Sr.IE.
  • Take video clips before & after improvement Twice a month update workers skill matrix and operator grading.
  • At start of the work check no of heads in production line and if any absentee talk with PM to fill the line. If PM not respond properly talk to manager & Sr.IE.
  • Check tomorrow input before off from the factory if any input problem found inform to Factory manager.
  • Go each & every operation to collect Inline details & find Critical operation/bottle neck process, more defective process & give solution by Production study,motion study, Follow-up study,Recording,alter study, Co-ordination with related channel.
  • Collect responsible line production plan details, based on plan as required co-ordinate with all related dept up to goods deliveryAnalyze hourly process & line output production, do work for reduce OT for that talk & co-ordinate with line chief/PM/FM time to time increase line Efficiency.
  • Conduct Production forecast meeting, maintain manpower transfer record inside the floor & do skill test of worker.
  • Implement of GST in production floor –to reduce SAM,do method study,motion study,process development & standarized & practice all those things in production and innovate new idea of work,installed latest technology in work process & share it to management.
  • Help to build up 6S estabishment to start Jurney of lean manufacturing – Lean SixSigma culture create.

End of the style:

  • Open file for each style and file all reports under that style file, for future use.Operator’s skill matrix up date under operator performance record.
  • All improvements done by you, record with video clips for performance evaluation of IE executives. Those are subject to your increments and promotions.
  • Style end; include all non-productive time records under style file, with production records for future use.
  • Hand over special problems & loss times report to IE garments analyzer for his post costing report.
