Support in factory all employees and top management with all IT related problems like software troubleshooting, hardware malfunction, new operating system installation, Server maintenance etc.
Monitor the smooth operation of Internet system of head office & factory.
Have to have computer System & Networking Knowledge on ICT of Textile & Garments.
Computer Hardware and it’s servicing knowledge on related sector.
Dynamically ICT related support to all departments in a Factory.
NVR & IP Camera configuration, setting & Maintenance.
Have to have the experience on IP Telephony system configuration and Maintenance.
Planning on Payroll server to Develop and implement the HR & Admin related issues.
Have to have knowledge on Domain & Hosting Related Issues.
Working Experience on Email Server, File Server and ERP.
Desktop & Network support with attendance system support, CCTV, Web meeting, conference meeting support.
Hardware troubleshooting knowledge .
Any other task as assigned by the authority and management
