Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

Experience

    • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Additional Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline (Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline will be preferred). Highly skilled candidates may be considered as an exception.

 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design software.

 Knowledge of DTG printing, Sublimation printing, RIP software, and digital printing

workflows.

 Understanding of color management and textile printing processes.

 Ability to create patterns and prepare tracing files for screen production.

 5-6 years’ experience in Design section.

Responsibilities & Context

Design & Development

 Create, develop, and modify DTG and Sublimation designs according to customer and

business requirements.

 Revise and correct designs based on recommendations from senior management and

customers.

 Develop creative artwork, placement designs, and production-ready files.

 Create patterns and prepare tracing designs for screen-making processes when required.

Production Support

 Prepare and verify artwork files before production.

 Collaborate with the Production team to ensure smooth execution of printing operations.

 Ensure design accuracy regarding size, color, placement, and print specifications.

 Support troubleshooting of artwork design and print-related issues during production.

Technical Responsibilities

 Operate and manage design-related software efficiently.

 Have a sound understanding of RIP software and digital printing workflows.

 Possess knowledge of DTG ink characteristics and their impact on print quality.

 Troubleshoot, recover, and maintain software systems related to design and printing

operations.

Research & Development

 Work closely with the R&D team to develop new design concepts and printing solutions.

 Participate in product development and process improvement initiatives.

 Support testing and evaluation of new materials, inks, and printing techniques.
