Responsibilities & Context
Quality check of all particle board finish goods and identify the problems.
Prepare quality reports and maintain up to date files.
Monitor PB lab test on a daily basis and follow up on product quality.
Recommend, initiate and implement for continuous quality.
Support all daily inspection activities on production floor.
Effectively manage and improve team activities, maintaining a high standard of communication through team briefings, consultation, and discussion.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, certification bodies, govt. agencies, in regards to quality and compliance issues.
Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
continuously review and utilize customer satisfaction surveys to improve the quality of service.
Tasks as and when desired by HOD.
