Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Auto Bricks Factory
• Skills –
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Additional Requirements:-
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
• License: Valid driver’s license is preferred

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Officer in Sales to join our team specializing in Auto Bricks. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a deep understanding of the construction materials industry, particularly in auto bricks.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Client Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our auto bricks.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the management team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
