Responsibilities & Context
- Do sales planning & achieve sales target.
- Explore new and own territory and generate sales to meet the target.
- Develop new customer’s channel to maximize the revenue.
- Regularly visit existing customers and do sample visit some of their customer’s farm and submit performance report.
- Maintain close relationship with chemists, farmers and doctors.
- Motivate chemists & prospective customers.
- Arrange technical/training sessions & seminars for different chemists & farmers in consultation with top management.
- Do credit administration as per company policy.
- Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.
- Promote product to different stakeholders in assigned territory.
- Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.
