Responsibilities & Context
- Achieving sales target as per sales plan.
- Root-level work (regular farm visit) with the farmers to make them convert to the company consumer.
- Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
- To develop retailers/agents in the gap markets for exploring business opportunities.
- To ensure maximizing potential retailers & dealers.
- Regular follow-up of sales orders with the payments.
- To run business within company-approved policy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales & delivery reports.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.
- To establish, develop & maintain positive business with customers to create loyalty toward the company.
