Responsibilities & Context
HAMKO Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to manage and drive the marketing and sales efforts for our tyre products. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing product visibility, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers in the tyre industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive or tyre industry and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for tyre products to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for tyre products to achieve business targets.
- Identify potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients) and build strong relationships.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor sales performance, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
