Additional Requirements

Inspect the quality of the raw material and other inventory while received·
Keep and maintain record of all the receipts and issues of goods both in IFS and physically on time.·
Ensure that store is neat and clean and any hazardous and flammable items are not stored in the food commodities store.
Ensure that FIFO method is followed in case of issue of inventory.
Ensure that loaders/helpers do not mishandle/throw bags/carton, and use hooks while loading or unloading.
Inspect the wastage/scrap on regular basis, maintain accurate stock balance of such wastage and regularly report transaction record of wastage to head office for recording.
Inspect physically the deliveries for damage or wastage in vehicle and match with the bank receipts before delivery.
In consultation with production Manager/ Factory manager, ensure fumigation of raw material is done as per plan.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels of raw materials and spare parts and maintain inventory control.
Regularly report to supply chain team, head office about the physical inventory status of each raw material and spare parts for determining reorder point.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supply chain, Accounts and management from time to time.
