Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide and respond to queries with detailed information about the educational institution via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admission-related activities, applicant information, and enrollment statistics.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to school administration and governing bodies.
  • Organize and execute admissions-related events, including open houses, orientation programs, and campus tours for new students and their families.
  • Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting and also process invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and timely.
  • Administer payroll processes, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits for school staff.
