Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years

Should have motorcycle driving experience and valid driving license; should be willing to travel anywhere within the country. B2B sales and industrial experience in paint/lubricant/chemical/manufacturing industries particularly in MNC will be preferred. Should have sound competency to handle email communications and excellent presentation skills, knowledge on computer literacy, Microsoft Office expertise & experience in ERP (SAP) is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Visiting client to generate sales.
  • Reaching or exceeding sales goals as well as co-ordinating strategic sales plan.
  • Negotiating all contracts, giving sales presentations & visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs and promote our products and services.
  • Helping to determine pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations with clients.
  • Analyzing costs and sales & preparing weekly and monthly sales/financial reports.
  • Understanding, promoting & co-ordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Maintaining client records, answering client queries about credit terms, products, prices, availability and obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Reporting to Director, Business Development Manager and Regional Manager about market development, technical service and gaining clients as well as working with key personnel to generate new sales projects.
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners/distributors/affiliated parties.
  • Staying up to date with all the latest world business and industry trends, issues and news.
  • Designing an effective system of reporting on existing and new business opportunities.
  • Strong mentoring of the overall sales process from providing pre-sales technical assistance, submitting quotations to clients to providing after sale services and support.
