Responsibilities & Context

  • Execute Citytouch daily operation as per SOP (new customer registration, tag request etc.).
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve customers’ issues and complaints related to Citytouch services.
  • Prepare daily team report and MIS.
  • Execute flawless documentation process.
  • Take different initiate to reduce lead time to execute regular tasks.
  • Conduct UAT for new features of Citytouch and provide feedback from operational perspective.
  • Receive customer support requests related to Citytouch through email and Helpdesk and take necessary action to resolve.
  • Communicate with customer through email/phone as and when necessary to provide support.
