Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor all aspects of factory production activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and implement production plans considering raw material stock.
- Track and ensure attendance of all production staff.
- Delegate responsibilities to daily labor and ensure task completion.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Calculate and analyze production ratios for optimized performance.
- Take appropriate steps to meet targets based on production capacity.
- Identify and resolve any machinery issues promptly.
- Coordinate with operators and technicians for scheduled maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Ensure all machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Sort out any issues that arise, focusing on quality preference.
- Arrange and conduct regular safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the factory floor is properly maintained and housekeeping standards are met.
- Manage and control the daily operations of male and female contractual labor.
- Train and educate staff on 5S, 7 Wastes, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing principles.
- Prepare detailed reports on production progress, challenges, and improvements.
- Forward reports to higher management to keep them informed of the project scenario.
- Coordinate with various teams, including operators, technicians, and management, to ensure all production processes run smoothly.
