Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd, a 100% export-oriented enterprise in Uttara EPZ of Nilphamari, is offering job opportunity for deserving candidates for the position of Officer-Warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory records.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet operational demands.
• Accurately process, distribute, and release all documentation related to warehouse activities.
• Ensure that all documentation is handled in a timely manner and reaches all concerned parties.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and HSE&Q regulations.
• Regularly review and update procedures to align with company and industry standards.
• Manage invoicing and billing processes to support payment cycles.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on warehouse activities, including stock inventory, fees, and pallets managed at both internal and external warehouses.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving warehouse efficiency.
• Conduct regular physical stock takes to ensure alignment with system records.
• Investigate and provide explanations for any variances between physical stock and system records.
