Responsibilities & Context
- Solid knowledge about footwear materials and construction, especially DIP & PU pouring, to meet key features and product performance goals.
- Ensure the product fits well and remains consistent by conducting careful checks, maintaining records, and clearly communicating with all concerned stakeholders.
- Build and maintain good communication and relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve monthly commercialization target plans.
- Approve article-wise patterns for making cutting dies.
- Conduct and confirm series size trials.
- Provide all kinds of tooling and technical measurement charts to the production floor.
- Check and assist in monitoring the production line during the startup of new articles.
- Provide complete guidelines to the QA team before bulk production.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Drive initiatives to achieve operational cost efficiency.
