Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline with no third division/class in any academic result.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent will be given preference.
- Professional memberships such as FCA, FCMA, or equivalent professional recognition will be highly preferred.
Experience
- At least 8 years

- Age At most 50 years
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 08 years of working experience in Financial Administration/Finance Division of any Bank.

- Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining robust financial controls and governance standards.

Responsibilities & Context
A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Officials.
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank from Assistant Vice President to First Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, budget, forecasting and performance management.
- Lead capital structuring and cash flow management.
- Support business by providing information timely and accurately
- Lead financial modeling, investment analysis, feasibility studies and long-term business planning.
- Automation and streamlining of reporting.
- GL monitoring and ensure best in class control
- Business performance monitoring and budgetary control
