Responsibilities & Context
Position (IGCSE/O Level Subject Teacher): Bangla, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Arts & Crafts.
Prepare and update teaching materials, daily lesson plans, and course content as needed.
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the Cambridge Curriculum and School guidelines.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress performance, and behavior.
Identify students’ individual learning needs and provide additional support where necessary.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Supervise students during school activities, including extracurricular events, exams, and field trips.
Ensure classroom discipline and enforce school rules and policies.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic staff to improve overall teaching quality.
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of student information.
Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the school authority.
