- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., accounting software, CRM systems).
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities & Context
- Acquire and retain customers.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Assist with Bangla QR, OK EMS, and OK Payroll.
- Facilitate payment collection and salary disbursement.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Adhere to compliance and risk management standards.
