• Managing negative publicity or issues that arise online.
• Responding to customer complaints or controversies in a professional manner.
• Developing a crisis communication strategy for digital platforms
• Managing the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Overseeing payment gateways, customer orders, and online transactions.
• Collaborating with web developers to make necessary updates and improvements.
• Ensuring the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines.
