• Good communication in Bengali (and basic English is a plus)
• Available every day for shift work

Responsibilities & Context

Are you someone who enjoys chatting with people and making their day a little easier? Join the Sony Plus team as a Social Media Page Moderator and be the friendly voice behind our brand! In this remote role, you’ll respond to customer messages on our official Facebook page, helping them with product information, offers, and general support. You’ll play a key part in making sure our customers feel heard, helped, and happy — all from the comfort of your own home. We’ll provide you with the training and guidance you need to get started. All we ask is that you stay polite, professional, and positive in every conversation.

Available Shifts (Rotating):

• 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

(You’ll be working in shifts with a flexible schedule!)

As a Page Moderator, you will:

• Chat with customers via Facebook Messenger
• Provide information about our products, prices, and ongoing offers
• Help answer questions, solve small issues, or forward them to the support team
• Keep a friendly tone and quick response time in every message
• Work in flexible shifts as part of a supportive remote team
