Job Description:
We are a growing fast-fashion e-commerce platform in Dhaka looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operation & Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in the success of our company by spearheading our sourcing and logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new and trending fashion items in the foreign market.
- Communicate with potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure product quality.
- Manage communication with suppliers throughout the sourcing process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Oversee logistics operations, including import/export procedures, customs clearance, and domestic delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, pricing, and supplier information.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure smooth product launches.
- Coordinate product uploads and maintain detailed and compelling product listings.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is up-to-date with the latest products, prices, and promotions.
- Expert in Excel sheet management.
