Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Operation Executive to join our team in the Service & Facility Management department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, coordinating services, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management services, including cleaning, pest control, AC maintenance, and other related services.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage and supervise service staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing to company standards.
  • Monitor service quality and address any issues or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and client expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of service operations, including staff rosters, service logs, and client communications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of client premises to ensure compliance with service agreements and quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
