Responsibilities & Context

A looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Bakery Operation Manager for its smooth daily Bakery operations through excellent supervision of everything related to Bakery operations including but not limited to inventory management, outstanding customer service, Factory hygiene, safety maintenance and ensuring profitability.

  • The applicant must have an excellent knowledge about Business to Business ( B2B ).
  • Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and strategies including instructing staff to achieve Bakery goals.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the Bakery to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Organize and supervise shifts. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Nurture a positive and inspiring work environment, motivating and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
  • Manage the Bakery to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Establish Bakery policies and procedures, supervise cash handling and POS System.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to maintain a seamless supply chain
  • Act as the face of the Bakery, engaging with guests, handling inquiries and feedback, and resolving any issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Bakery and increase revenue.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
