Responsibilities & Context

The Manager Operation is responsible for overseeing the CRM and Factory. This role requires a mix of leadership, business acumen, and industry expertise to ensure the brand’s growth, sustainability, and market competitiveness.

• Overseeing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department involves managing the strategies, systems, and teams that handle customer interactions with team, and engagement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to hourly mentoring CRM team sales growth, Bringing out good performers from the CRM team, e-commerce.
• Factory: Ensure that daily production goals and targets are met in alignment with company objectives and deadlines.
• Report daily production/packaging/Delivery/Stock/Inventory progress, Register maintenance, and any issues to upper management.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
