Job Overview:

• Supervise and monitor overall Branch activities, Like Store, Purchase, Kitchen, Maintenance, Branch administration
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Collaborate with department heads, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to optimize workflows
• Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction surveys and reviews, implementing improvements as needed
• Manage and optimize hotel budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue
• Provide training to staff on safety procedures, customer service standards, and other relevant topics
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a commitment to resolution
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Follow-up the food quality process & properly maintains food costing.
• Ensure compliance with food and work safety protocol.
• Managing buffet staff and their schedule.
• Hiring and training new team members
• Analyzing financial records.
• Reviewing or upgrading menus
• Promoting the restaurant
• Ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere of restaurant at all times
• Foster a positive and inclusive community environment within the hall.
• Assist management with office duties as needed
• Aid in other areas of the unit as necessary
• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships
• Anything assigned by the management
