Responsibilities & Context
- To excel in the role of Operations Manager in approximately 12 branches of Cafe Arabika Limited, candidates should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, preferably with experience in Coffee Industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees and interacting with customers on a daily basis.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are also necessary to effectively manage inventory, handle customer complaints, and ensure smooth operations.
- Additionally, a passion for coffee and a deep understanding of the café industry trends and customer preferences are highly desirable.
