Highly knowledgeable on the present market scenario.Ability to take challenges to achieve the sales target.Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & and yearly strategic marketing plans Ensure hotel premises are clean, tidy, and ambient enough to receive and tend guests Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Establish communication channels to interact with customers to obtain their feedback and assist with the resolution of problemsMonitor the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase requisitions of each hotel departmentInspect hotel stores to check available stock and determine the need for stocking§ Liaise with the sales and marketing staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the businessSchedule work shifts and tasks to hotel staff according to their specialtyInspecting all departments for SOP implementation Contact clients to schedule and plan the details of an event or conferenceSet and adjust the rates for different services according to their quality levelSupport and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotelEnsure the premises are in operative condition as per the category of the unit to receive & serve the guests Conduct regular operations team meetings with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guests’ feedback and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issuesEnsure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checksMonitor the purchase of each department, accounts receivable, accounts payable Randomly inspecting the stores (F&B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc) with the F&B Manager & Chef. Dealing with vendors for quality products involving the Purchase Manager and providing performance assessments of vendors every quarter to Management.Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation.Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager for cleanliness, ambiance, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
