We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as an OT Manager of our Clinical Services Division.
Coordinate and supervise a team of healthcare professionals including surgeons, nurses, and support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
Plan and manage the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to ensure effective and efficient utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control protocols, and other regulatory requirements within the Operation Theatre.
Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of surgeries.
Train and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Operation Theatre team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the Operation Theatre.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in Operation Theatre management and recommend improvements or changes as necessary.
