Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering
- Bachelor`s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Information System, or related field.
Additional Requirements
We Require
- Proven experience in sustainability projects or environmental management.
- Excellent project management skills (PMP certification preferred).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret environmental data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems, waste management, and carbon accounting.
- Experience with sustainability reporting tools
- Experience with enterprise content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, DocuSign etc.).
- Familiarity with Bangladesh Government regulatory requirements related to digital records and data privacy.
- Ability to drive change and foster digital adoption across diverse teams.

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Operational Change Manager to lead few initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects aimed at transitioning to digital systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in digital transformation, and a passion for sustainability and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap aligned with corporate sustainability goals.
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint minimization.
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end implementation of green projects (e.g., renewable energy adoption, paperless transition, recycling programs).
- Assess current paper-based workflows and identify opportunities for digitization.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, compliance, and other departments to design and implement digital solutions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and change management throughout the transition.
- Develop training materials and support user adoption of new digital tools.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Promote a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and training sessions for employees.
- Prepare sustainability reports and track KPIs (e.g., energy savings, waste reduction).
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Research emerging green technologies and best practices.
- Recommend improvements for long-term sustainability.
