Additional Requirements

- Sound knowledge about financial instruments, regulatory environment, and stakeholders;
- Proven management, operations, and accounting skills;
- Working in similar roles in Asset Management/VC/PE firms is plus but not mandatory;
- Tech savvy / Willingness to adopt the tech.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: X Angel is an Investment firm licensed by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. The role involves financial operation, reporting, accounts supervision, and compliance management of the registered funds under X Angel as well as managing various corporate affairs within the organization.
Industry: Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Asset Management
Job Description:
- Administer the entire operational procedure of all the funds, licenses and the company;
- Prepare documentation, internal policies, and manage data rooms of the company;
- Provide back-office support to the internal teams;
- Coordinate with Trustees, Banks, Merchant Bankers, Custodians, Brokers, and all the related parties for the company’s smooth operation;
- Prepare all regulatory reports, internal reports, generate Net Asset Value (NAV) and manage relevant reporting of the group accounts;
- Manage transactions, cash flows, bill voucher creation, posting in company and fund software;
- Analyze cash flows, forecast budgets and work closely with cross-functional teams for execution;
- Ensure compliances are maintained for all the funds, licenses and the company as per regulations;
- Coordinate for content development, pitch book drafting and relevant documentation;
- Assist the investors, portfolio companies, and group’s concerns;
- Assist with group HR for managing talents and nurturing a positive culture.
