Position Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our study abroad and student visa processing services. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in overseas education consultancy or visa processing, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Study Abroad & Visa Operations
• Manage the end-to-end student visa application process for multiple destinations.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in visa submissions.
• Improve operational workflows to enhance student success rates.

Team Leadership & Compliance

• Lead and train the counseling, documentation, and operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to international visa and admission policies.
• Monitor applications to reduce visa rejections and compliance risks.
• Client Relations & Service Excellence Guide students and parents on study abroad options, visa procedures, and admission requirements.
• Address queries and concerns to ensure a smooth application experience.
• Enhance customer service strategies to boost student enrollments.
• University & Embassy Coordination Build relationships with universities, embassies, and immigration offices.
• Stay updated on policy changes and new study opportunities.
• Work with the Marketing & Sales Teams to drive growth.
