Education

Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Understand, interpret, reproduce, and find the problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
  • Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.
  • Communication skills in Bangla and English
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.
  • Good Planning and decision Making Skill.
  • He must be able to manage People.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.

  • Deep understanding on Customer Service through frontlines.
  • Excellent presentation, good negotiation and motivational skill.
  • KPI driven in terms of Revenue, Sales, Service and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Good understanding in workforce management.

  • Innovative mindset to improve Customer experience.
  • Process & policy improvement and align team properly with operation process. Innovation in work will be appreciated.
  • Outstanding collaboration and co-ordination capacity across team.

  • Planning cost effective ways to run day to day store and Service operations.
  • Design and create plans of action for the various stages of the customer service process.
  • Monitor team productivity and address issues as they arise to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service experiences.
  • Day-to-day management of all customer-facing teams to ensure all teams work towards the same goals.
  • Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to ensure that efforts to maintain customer satisfaction are consistent.
  • Continuously monitor metrics and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of service practices.
