Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – BPO with 15+ years of relevant BPO experience and a Bachelor’s degree to lead large operational teams and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily BPO operations, ensuring service delivery meets client KPIs and SLAs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and operational staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Monitor operational metrics, productivity, and quality performance, and implement corrective actions when required
  • Drive continuous process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Manage workforce planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality and communication
  • Implement operational best practices, compliance standards, and risk management procedures
  • Coordinate with HR, training, and quality teams to ensure employee development and performance management
