Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – BPO with 15+ years of relevant BPO experience and a Bachelor’s degree to lead large operational teams and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily BPO operations, ensuring service delivery meets client KPIs and SLAs
- Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and operational staff to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor operational metrics, productivity, and quality performance, and implement corrective actions when required
- Drive continuous process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Manage workforce planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality and communication
- Implement operational best practices, compliance standards, and risk management procedures
- Coordinate with HR, training, and quality teams to ensure employee development and performance management
