- Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.
- Communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.

- Design and create plans of action for the various stages of the customer service process.

- Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to ensure that efforts to maintain customer satisfaction are consistent.
