Responsibilities & Context
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of multiple restaurant locations. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading teams to achieve performance goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the QSR industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.
Oversee daily operations of multiple QSR locations to ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue across all locations.
Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of inventory.
Implement marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
