Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily delivery and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising drivers, optimizing routes, and managing fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate delivery schedules, driver assignments, and route planning to maximize efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate the delivery team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (on-time deliveries, cash deposits, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Problem Resolution: Address delivery delays, customer complaints, and logistical challenges promptly.
• Inventory & Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel logs, and inventory accuracy in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and operational metrics for management review.
