• The applicant should have experience to Operating and Maintenance any of the following machine_
• CNC Router Machine
• Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
• MIG, TIG, Laser, ARC and Spot Welding
• Bending and Share Cutting
• Power Press and Compressor
• Skills & Expertise:
• Computer Skills (MS Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Electrical Wiring and Circuit Making
• 3D & 2D Design
• Computer Hardware and Networking
• Troubleshooting and Team Leading

Responsibilities & Context

• Operating Machinery: Set up and operate CNC machines, fiber laser cutters, and CNC routers as per work instructions. Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure smooth functionality.
• Production Management: Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Optimize machine usage for maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks on produced parts for accuracy and quality. Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to meet specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear protective equipment. Identify potential hazards and report safety concerns to supervisors.
• Basic Maintenance: Conduct daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks on machinery. Maintain detailed logs of machine operation and downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for CNC machines, fiber laser cutters, and other equipment.Inspect machines regularly to identify wear and tear.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in machinery.Replace or repair defective components to minimize downtime.
• Spare Parts Management: Ensure availability of critical spare parts by maintaining an inventory. Coordinate with suppliers for spare part procurement and manage costs.
• Collaborative Work: Machine Operators and Maintenance Engineers work closely with production staff, supervisors, and quality control teams.
• Schedule: May require shift work, including nights and weekends, depending on production schedules.Maintenance engineers may be on-call to handle emergencies.
• Technical Challenges: Must address challenges like machine downtime, material inconsistencies, and adherence to tight deadlines.Training and Growth:Opportunities to learn about advanced CNC and laser technologies.Scope for career progression to supervisory or technical specialist roles.
• Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance activities, repair history, and cost tracking.Prepare technical reports for management on machinery performance.
