Senior Operator:

• Standard operating procedure of all solvent based adhesive.

• Set up production machinery

Operator :

• Ability to work in a shift system, including nights and weekends, if required all safety rules and wear appropriate PPE, where required

• Observes operation and speed of packing machine and makes adjustments when necessary.

• Clears jams and performs basic troubleshooting

• Ensure 5S of Six Sigma

• Knowledge of OEE calculation.

Junior Operator :

• Operate and monitor basic packaging machinery

• Record process parameters and maintain documentation

• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and work area

• Work in rotating shifts and support team operations

Responsibilities & Context

• Chemical’s knowledge of Solvent Cement Adhesive, Synthetic Rubber Adhesive, PU Adhesive

• Knowledge of production procedure of Solvent cement, Synthetic Rubber, PU adhesive.

• Mix and load raw materials into tanks

• Monitor instruments and make adjustments to settings.

• Take routine samples and record data for lab quality checks

• Package up finished products and move them to storage areas

• Knowledge of packaging machinery of solvent-based adhesive

• Clean and maintain production lines.

• Ensure fire safety, process efficient, reliable production, ensuring quality of products.

• Ensure various process parameters while production, based on products wise standard.
