We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Operator/Sr. Operator (Air Freshener & Aerosol) for Sector- C, Bashundhara Group.

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc) to start a production cycle & including refining packaging materials as per production schedules.
• Develop system and process track to maximize production with standard quality.
• Performing routine checks to ensure that the machine is operable and adjusting operational parameters such as pressure, temperature & flows.
• Test the operation of machines periodically and fix issues that might occur during production.
• Ensuring the plant adheres to safety and environmental rules.
