Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a similar field

Experience

  • At least 2 years

Additional Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, specifically in Order Management, Inventory, and CRM modules
  • Strong expertise in EDI processes, troubleshooting, and integration with Order Management
  • Experience with Oracle Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and Inventory management
  • Proven ability to integrate Oracle EBS with external systems using APIs, EDI, or file-based transfers
  • Knowledge of Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and order-to-cash processes
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades is highly desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams

Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide advanced support for Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, Inventory, and CRM modules, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and process optimization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in Order Management, ensuring accurate and timely EDI order processing and integration with external systems
  • Handle stock-to-make orders, monitor order fulfillment, and support supply chain processes related to inventory and order management
  • Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Advanced Pricing with Order Management, including integration with third-party pricing solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements, configure Oracle EBS modules, and document solutions and changes
  • Support Oracle EBS integrations with external platforms (e.g., WMS, TMS, CRM, EDI, and other business-critical systems), leveraging APIs and data flows
  • Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and ensure defect-free releases that meet business requirements
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and support knowledge sharing across teams
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Oracle EBS developers, especially regarding integrations and module enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain platform stability
  • Stay updated on Oracle EBS best practices, participate in upgrades, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
