Responsibilities & Context
- In-depth knowledge of the development sector, including NGOs and CSOs.
- Familiarity with the quality and compliance standards of major donors such as USAID, FCDO, EU, and UN organizations.
- A minimum of 7 years of combined on-job and consulting experience in organizational development.
- Comprehensive understanding of organizational behaviour and change management.
- Experience in developing organizational policies in areas such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Gender etc.
- Proven skills in training, facilitation, and managing workshops.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadline
- High-quality report writing ability in both English and Bengali
