Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • BBA or any relevant discipline.

Experience

    • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Experience in Hardware, Tools will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of reading and writing in English and Bangla.
  • Must be well-groomed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in tools, hardware, machinery sales will be an advantage.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and self-motivated male candidates for the position of OSM (Sales & Marketing) in our Hardware & Tools business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell hardware & tools products in assigned territories.
  • Develop new dealers, retailers, and business clients.
  • Collect orders and ensure achievement of sales & collection targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits and market surveys.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Identify and approach potential new clients (wholesalers & retailers).
  • Drive sales and business growth in wholesale and retail markets.
  • Deliver product presentations highlighting key benefits.
  • Visit existing and potential clients daily for orders, payments, and services.
  • Apply direct selling and marketing skills based on client requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Maintain and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
  • Follow company policies and management guidelines.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure business growth.
