- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- BBA or any relevant discipline.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Experience in Hardware, Tools will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of reading and writing in English and Bangla.
- Must be well-groomed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in tools, hardware, machinery sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Job Context:
We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and self-motivated male candidates for the position of OSM (Sales & Marketing) in our Hardware & Tools business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell hardware & tools products in assigned territories.
- Develop new dealers, retailers, and business clients.
- Collect orders and ensure achievement of sales & collection targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and market surveys.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify and approach potential new clients (wholesalers & retailers).
- Drive sales and business growth in wholesale and retail markets.
- Deliver product presentations highlighting key benefits.
- Visit existing and potential clients daily for orders, payments, and services.
- Apply direct selling and marketing skills based on client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Maintain and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
- Follow company policies and management guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure business growth.
