Additional Requirements
- More than 3 years experience in OSS tools or other EMS relevant work.
- Be familiar with linux, docker, k8s commands, have basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and database.
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunication fields like Core Network and Wireless Network.
- Understand workflows and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Good skill with Office software etc.
- Willing to learn, active and positive
Responsibilities & Context
- Works in the NOC to maintain, upgrade, and inspect OSS O&M tools.
- Assists the FO&BO team of the NOCs in user management related to the OSS tools.
- After the training, provide regular guidance and training for the personnel using the OSS tools.
- The maintenance of basic data related to the OSS tool is involved
