Education

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Must hold Bachelor’s degree or above.

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Telecommunication, Technical Infrastructure

Additional Requirements

• More than 3 years experience in OSS tools or other EMS relevant work.
• Be familiar with linux, docker, k8s commands, have basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and database.
• Basic knowledge of Telecommunication fields like Core Network and Wireless Network.
• Understand workflows and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Good skill with Office software etc.
• Willing to learn, active and positive

Responsibilities & Context

• Works in the NOC to maintain, upgrade, and inspect OSS O&M tools.
• Assists the FO&BO team of the NOCs in user management related to the OSS tools.
• After the training, provide regular guidance and training for the personnel using the OSS tools.
• The maintenance of basic data related to the OSS tool is involved
