Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
Follow communication “Script” while handling different topics.
Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Receiving customers’ enquiries, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Skype etc.
Must have the ability to sell to company decision-makers and overcome objections.
