Responsibilities & Context
- Customer Service. Handling of corporate clients in line with their travel policies.
- Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, visa, ticket booking in GDS or OTA etc.
- Provides information about travel destinations and accommodations
- Communicates with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deal
- Visits sites in advance of recommending to tourists
- Markets and sells holiday and other specialized tour packages
