1. Bulk Selling
- Target Clients: Hotels, Hospitals
- Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and build relationships with management and procurement teams.
- Stay updated on their furnishing needs and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain ongoing relationships for future opportunities.
- Core objective: Generate sales through bulk orders.
2. Sales to Architectural Firms & Developers
- Target Clients:
- Architecture Firms
- Interior Design Companies
- Interior Project Sites
- Real Estate Developers
- Apartment Lounge Areas
- Law Chambers
- Private Medical Chambers
- Premium Saloons
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to all target clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers.
- Stay informed about project timelines and furniture requirements.
- Maintain long-term engagement for repeat business.
- Core objective: Secure orders and boost sales.
3. Showroom Placement Partnerships
- Target Clients: Local Furniture Showroom Owners
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and shortlist potential partner showrooms.
- Conduct regular visits and build rapport with showroom owners.
- Present product offerings and negotiate display agreements.
- Follow up consistently to ensure product visibility and generate sales.
